Welcome !

Welcome to Pack 94! We are located in Egg Harbor Township, NJ, and are chartered by the Mainland PBA #77. We are a very active Pack, with multiple dens of all ranks. Come find out about us! For more information, please contact Cubmaster@EHTPack94.com.

Cub Scouts is the "younger" version of Scouts BSA (formerly known as Boy Scouts). Our members are boys and girls in grades K-5, with a desire to learn more about themselves, their community, and service to others. Cub Scouts meet in small groups called "dens", which have about 8 members all the same grade level. Once a month, we meet at a Pack Meeting to share what we've learned over the past month, and to receive our advancement. We also schedule activities several times a month- everything from camping to fishing to pinewood derby races to rockets to raingutter regatta races to service projects.... it's a very diverse calendar! For registered members of Pack 94, we invite you to create an account so that you can fully access this site. Once you are registered, you will be able to check the calendar, view the photo albums, access the forms and links, register for events, and use online payment. Lots of great things, once you register!

Our Annual Spaghetti Dinner

Pack 94's Annual Spaghetti Dinner is almost here!  All of our Scouts should have received their tickets to sell (if you haven't, please contact your den leader).  And we have extras, if you need more!  Our dinner is on Saturday, March 15th, 4-7pm, at the Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church on Mill Road.  We ask that each Scout sell 5 tickets, as well as helping out during their dens scheduled time at the dinner.  We also ask that each family bring a dessert that can be served at the dinner.  There will also be a Chinese Auction at this event, so bring your cash!

Webelos Adventure Camp

Calling all of our Bears and Webelos!  The best opportunity for our Webelos (and Bears, you will be Webelos as of June 1st) to earn their Activity Pins and start to learn about Boy Scout camping is by attending Webelos Adventure Camp at Camp Citta in Brookville.  As Boy Scouts, our sons will be going off to camp for 6 nights (or more) each summer without us- this is a great way to get them used to being away from home.  Webelos Adventure Camp is a three night experience, and the boys will have the chance to earn up to five pins and belt loops, plus have a fantastic time camping!  Registration is recommended as a group, so please check with your den leaders to see when they are planning on attending.  The cost for WAC (Webelos Adventure Camp) is $180 if paid by March 3rd, $200 if paid by May 15th, and $220 if paid by June 9th.  If you are only able to attend one Council camp this summer, this is the one to go to!  You can register at either the Scout Store in Galloway (directions are in the column on the left) or by clicking on https://www.tentaroo.com/jerseyshore/index.cfm and registering.  See Dawn if you have any questions!

Get Camping This Summer!

At Pack 94, we try to get our boys out and camping as many times as we can- and some of the best ways is with the summer camps that our Council offers.  At the Egg Harbor City Lake Day Camp (July 21-25), boys spend each day, from 8:30-4pm, doing fantastic things like swimming, Arts and Crafts, Archery, games, sports, BB-guns, working on requirements, Science and Nature- the days are jam packed!  This is just a day camp, so the boys pack a lunch to eat, but return home for dinner.  The fee for this exciting opportunity is $155 if paid before March 3rd, $180 if paid before May 15th, or $205 if paid before June 9th.  Parents and Leaders are invited to volunteer for the week- if you register and attend all five days, you will receive a $50 refund.  You can register at either the Scout Store in Galloway (hours are listed in the left column) or by logging in to:  https://www.tentaroo.com/jerseyshore/index.cfm.  Please see Dawn if you have any questions.

March Pack Meeting

Our March Pack Meeting will take place on Wednesday, March 12th, 7pm, in the Miller School Cafeteria.  Our special guest for the evening is Mr. Jim Gillick, Jersey Shore Council Scout Executive, who will be presenting our 2014 Friends of Scouting campaign.

Our Webelos 2's are Flying the Coop!

On March 1st, we have 12 Webelos that are crossing over to Boy Scouts as part of their Arrow of Light ceremony.  As I stated at the February Pack Meeting, I have many fond memories of these boys, between den meetings, Pack Meetings, camping trips, events- they all mean so much to me!  Best of luck goes out to:  Aidan Bamberger, Robert Bauer, Ray Costello, Robert Gaskill, Kevin Keil, Jimmy Kotakis, Ryan Rybka, Greyson Sapio, Niko Smith, Tyler Summerson, Alex Wade, and Scott Zimmerman.  And a hearty thanks and "job well done" to their den leaders, Trish Bamberger, Ed Keil, Danielle Summerson, and Theresa Zimmerman!  We'll miss you all!
